What's New
New Features
  • Emplid reservations now include a searchable dropdown to help find and autofill student information.
  • Batch enrollment files can now be exported and managed from the admin area.
  • Batch enrollment files can be validated against the validated PSID list before export.
  • Administrators can upload and manage the validated PSID list.
  • Packages can now be disabled to prevent further reservations.
  • Schedule building now enforces a 10-minute buffer around existing reservations for an emplid.

New Features
  • Requesting group users can now access user management features.
  • A new reservations screen is available when breaking or undoing seat allocations, which provides instructions and clarity on what happens with the affected seats.
  • Partial or broken package assignments are now moved to a dedicated new package, preserving a canonical reference to the original — this also fixes the seats remaining count.
  • The break option now includes checkboxes for selecting specific courses, along with a label field for the new package being created.
  • The reserved users screen now displays the date each reservation was made.
  • Administrators now can snapshot the system at any time to reference the state of package allocations.
  • The dev environment banner now includes additional context to make the environment more clearly identifiable.
  • Automatic database backups are now taken nightly.
  • User reservation export now includes an option to just export what you have filtered on the page.
  • A filter was added on the packages view for 'All', 'Packages', or 'Pantry' options.
  • Packages can now be relabelled on the package details page.
  • 'Release x Unused' mechanism now expanded to 'Split or Reassign to other units' page, with the ability to split out specific courses from a package into a new package, and assign to another requesting group.
Bug Fixes & Tweaks
  • Emplid and Label are now both supported when claiming a set of package seats.
  • Label and 'Reserved On' columns are now present in both seat inventory and user reservation exports.
  • Labels can now be cleared when editing a reservation.
  • Packages view now shows a correct number of seats remaining (previously only counted those with emplid, now includes those with just a label).

New Features
  • Administrators can now create and edit users (and their group access) from one place.
  • Seat Availability screen added: search for open seats across all packages.
  • All active users have view-only access to phase 2 functionality; group access dictates the ability to make reservations. Previously, users could only see packages for groups they had explicit access to.
  • Seat Inventory export added: one row per available seat in each course section, with an emplid assignment column populated for each reserved seat.
  • User Reservations export added: one row per user reservation, with course and section details and source package.
  • Original reservation group is now tracked — displayed when packages or course assignments are broken into pantries or reassigned to other groups.
  • Emplids can now be edited and are freetext, so they can be used as labels prior to having a real emplid.
Bug Fixes & Tweaks
  • The same emplid/label can now have multiple package reservations; validation prevents duplicate courses or conflicting times.
  • Users screen moved to top navigation and renamed to Reservations.
  • Groups navigation item renamed to Packages; page renamed to Package Groups.
  • Section numbers are now displayed next to courses on all screens.
  • Filters persist on package and user lists when navigating away and back.
